Our May challenge is “Miles Ran”. Whoever runs the most accumulative miles during the month of May will be our monthly challenge winner and receive a prize! Of course, everything we do is always scalable! Our scaled option will be ”Distance Walked”. whichever option you choose, just be sure to track your movement either through an app or on a watch so you have proof! Don‘t forget to update the white board at the gym so everyone knows who their competition is!! Good Luck!
